How do photography terms translate from film to digital?

Watching the Colorado snow thinking of the excitement as a kid... and the dread once we become adults...since I am unemployed and sitting inside looking out at the chaos...I wonder when did I stop playing??

I am anxious for my new computer so I can develop and work on the website, network more with artists, and have some $$ coming in. I day dream about ordering a new digital camera and almost don't care about not having the money right now...I want to take a million pictures, and be outside.

The thought of having to commute or go into a cubicle again sends my senses into overdrive, the anxiety creeps in and I know that I am genuinely adverse to that environment. I wonder if I am the only one who is well educated but felt like their job was eating their soul?!

I pray this website works out...I try to avoid the thoughts that creep in about how I am going to pay the bills or what I will do if I have to get a "normal" 9 to 5 job again...sigh...till then I day dream
